Every student journey is different because everyone has different needs, but by following the steps we ensure every student is on the right journey for them.
IDENTIFICATION
From bedroom isolation to school re-attendance, every step of our students’ learning progression is supported with an individual package specific to each child’s developing needs. Working closely with EHCPs, learning takes place in tandem with social integration and emotional development.
Each session is benchmarked against established targets and outcomes, monitored and reported to be shared with schools, multi-agencies and parents.
FULL SERVICE
What makes us a stand-alone provision is not only our bespoke curriculum and unique gamified and custom built learning programs, but the capability to deliver at our dedicated AP Centres, remotely online or in-house at schools throughout the UK.
Most importantly, at the heart of all our delivery is the best possible outcome for each child’s wellbeing, stability, development and education.
Our dedicated teams work closely with parents and schools to underpin continuity of learning and end to end personal and professional support.
Pathway To Reintegration
Consultation
Each student journey begins with an engagement consultation. Each child’s individual needs are identified and a personal delivery pathway established.
On Site Assesment
Student and parents are invited to a centre visit where they will have the opportunity to meet the SENCo,delivery team and partake in some of our onsite activities. Following this, an initial assessment and onboarding plan is prepared by our SEN Provision Coordinators.
AP Centre Delivery
Once delivery begins, our SEN Provision Coordinators, working alongside 1:1 Mentors, begin the trust building process to facilitate engaged learning and interaction. Students work through our training programs to build their technical skills and develop emotional resilience and regulation strategies through various social gaming activities.
Remote Delivery
Throughout their journey with us, students may find themselves requiring remote provision. The Tubers Online e-learning platform facilitates remote learning with mentor support and can often be the main factor in a child remaining within an educational setting.
Reintegration
Tubers aim is to transition children back into education when a suitable placement has been identified. We work with all parties concerned to facilitate a smooth and staged transition.
semh development
A key factor to our students’ success is the close relationships they develop with our mentoring teams. Overseen by Provision Coordinators, 1:1 mentors engage from within a child’s safe space of social gaming and work outwards towards the direction of educational re-engagement within a framework of expanding group dynamics and structure.
With the implementation of individually identified and targeted techniques, children learn to re-trust educators, integrate with peers and take ownership of their learning journey.
Whether with us for weeks or years, we aim to make a positive difference to each child’s journey, providing a nurturing foundation for continued learning engagement and emotional guidance through challenging and overwhelming stages.
semH monitoring
Our Alternative Provision strives for placement transparency via our progression monitoring and report structure. Using a dedicated student reporting platform, daily observations are submitted by 1:1 Mentors for Provision Coordinators to establish weekly, termly, end of placement reports and ongoing assessments.Our reporting system requires Mentors and Provision Coordinators to identify and overview the outcome of each child’s session within a targeted framework of observations. Based on findings from the daily reports and using monitored milestones, Provision Coordinators evaluate student social & emotional development to facilitate progressive goals.
Reintegration

SEN Support includes collaborative planning and preparation before a child moves into another setting or school. At the conclusion of a child’s placement, transitions are supported by the providing of observations and findings, SEMH development and learning progression. Final reports are available for viewing by parents and ongoing educational establishments.
Our SEN Support includes planning and preparation for transition before a child moves into another setting or school. This can include a review of the SEN support being provided or the EHC plan. To support the transition, information should be shared by the current setting with the receiving setting or school.
