  • Creative, structured sessions in a safe, supportive environment
  • Half-day or full-day options available every school holiday (excluding Christmas)
  • Opportunities to develop confidence, communication, and friendships
  • Access to high-spec digital media equipment across all Tubers centres
  • Suitable for ages 7–17, with no existing Tubers placement required

Funding is available via Short Breaks, Direct Payments, or privately—our team can help guide you through your options.

For schools and local authorities seeking structured holiday provision for SEND learners, Tubers Holiday Clubs offer:

  • A seamless continuation of support for students already in Alternative Provision
  • Safe, supervised sessions that reduce regression during school breaks
  • Half-day or full-day options every school holiday (excluding Christmas)
  • Creative, skills-based activities aligned with EHCP goals
  • Open to students aged 7–17, including those not currently placed with Tubers

Holiday Clubs ensure no break in educational engagement or SEND support, particularly for students who require consistent structure and routine.

WHAT HAPPENS AT SEND HOLIDAY CLUBS?

 

  • Working in small groups with our SEND mentors, your child will learn a variety of digital media skills, including, but not exclusively

    • Video production and editing
    • Digital art and animation
    • Game design
    • Music production

    Young people can also engage in side-by-side gaming on Xbox & Nintendo Switch consoles, eSports PC set-ups, or enjoy virtual reality experiences when they need space from their surroundings.
