Head of Training and Technology
We are a forward thinking, progressive company looking to employ an accomplished Training & Technology Co-ordinator with a strategic and creative mindset. We require a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient workforce. Requires excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
SEN Provision Co-ordinator – SEN Mentor & Team Leader – Video Production (Taunton)
Responsible for heading a small team of mentors and managing curriculum delivery & individual child SEN development programs within an Alternative Provision setting. May be required to deliver or support across all services outlined above.
SEN Delivery Mentor – Alternative Provision (Taunton)
Responsible for delivering individual child SEN development programs within an Alternative Provision setting. Curriculum and delivery is digital media and gaming based. May be required to deliver or support across all services outlined above.
SEN Delivery Mentor – Alternative Provision (Devon)
Responsible for delivering individual child SEN development programs within an Alternative Provision setting. Curriculum and delivery is digital media and gaming based. May be required to deliver or support across all services outlined above.
Senior Mentor – Youth Trainer & Team Leader – Delivering Video Production (Torquay)
Responsible for heading a small team of mentors and managing group curriculum delivery for up to 18 children with individual child progression programs. May be required to deliver or support across all services outlined above.

The Tubers Curriculum:
At Tubers we follow our very own custom built curriculum and growth path that teaches a range of digital media skills.
Gaming:
We love gaming at Tubers! We always keep up to date on all the latest gaming trends and technology, and keep our students entertained with Xbox, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Esports gaming PC’s.
Our Video Studios:
We have multiple professional video studios to teach our members to create their content! Whether they’re looking to make tech videos, podcasts, make-up tutorials, challenge videos or gaming content, we’ve got an awesome set-up for them to learn in!
Virtual Reality:
Our members experience mind blowing VR games on our Meta Quest 2 VR headsets!
