At Tubers we understand that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. The safety and wellbeing of every young person we work with is our top priority.

Our aim is not only to teach young people the skills they need to be successful creators, but also how to be the safe and responsible online citizens of the future.

Our Staff checks and training:

“The team at Tubers has taken the passion shown by Young People and created a fantastic opportunity for them to develop not only the technical skills around digital media in all its forms but also fundamental life skills.

They do this while empowering them with skills in resilience, self-determination and creativity in a fun and highly motivating way.”

Steve Shepard

This policy sets out clear guidance on the standards of behaviour expected from all staff members at Tubers Academies.
