May Holiday Club

Suitable for 9-16 year olds

What happens at Tubers Holiday Club?

Our holiday clubs are all about having fun, learning about video production

and getting in the studios creating video!

After great feedback from previous holiday club members,

we’ve decided to change our format slightly, giving all attendees a focused group project to work on and complete during their time at Tubers.

There will of course still be lot’s of time for their own projects and a bit of gaming and VR!

All new holiday club attendees will learn how to use DSLR cameras, different types of microphones and understanding lighting techniques to create awesome video. They will also receive an introduction to video editing using Final Cut Pro X and then get to create, edit and upload their own video.

We have been operating holiday clubs for just over a year now and have lots of regular returning holiday club members. Those who have been before will not need to go through the same induction and training, they can get straight into making videos!

We have also upgraded our gaming suite to create multi-cam livestreamed gaming videos! This is great fun for group games and challenges whilst also creating much higher quality gaming videos.

By far our most popular activity is Virtual Reality! With a state of the art VR suite, attendees will get an opportunity to experience what it’s like to explore gaming in a virtual world!

What your child needs for holiday club…

All your child will need to bring along with them is a packed lunch. If they would like to purchase any snacks or drinks whilst at Tubers, all our confectionary is 50p per item and drinks are 70p. If you/your child does own an SD card that would be beneficial to them, but not essential.
